We reached 6,164 women and girls in 2020 through 27 grants across 18 organizations. We intentionally focused our funding on the most transformational projects so that the vast majority of our grants benefited those living beneath the poverty line, and 85 % of those were girls and women of color. By committing nearly $1.2 million to our most vulnerable communities, WFBoston provided life-changing support to thousands, ensuring they had the tools, resources, and support not just to survive but to thrive.
