Young Women’s Leadership Program (YWLP) is a year-long professional development program for Boston’s next generation of nonprofit leaders. YWLP empowers high performing young women to excel in nonprofit careers by focusing on three pillars: community, professional development, and experiential learning.
YWLP’s 3 Pillars
- Community: We build community through peer-to-peer networking and mentorship opportunities across the nonprofit sphere.
- Professional Development: We accelerate the development of key skills for career advancement through speaker series, workshops, and events.
- Experiential Learning: We provide participants with hands-on learning and leadership opportunities within the Women’s Foundation of Boston and our partner organizations.
The Women’s Foundation of Boston pilot of the Young Women’s Leadership Program concluded in March 2022. Stay tuned for details about what’s coming next.
